Dan recently joined Cresa's Edmonton office and brings with him a determined outlook as he provides a professional level of advisory and transaction experience. He is an accomplished agent who specializes in representing and advising office tenants.
His efforts focus on complex offer negotiations, market intelligence, site selection, dispositions and creating leverage for lease renewals and lease terminations. Dan's previous experience at one of the largest global real estate firms, representing institutional owners, gives him unique insight to create value for his clients.
