Gary Gregg is the Executive Chairman of Cresa, LLC where he plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational policies and driving the firm's strategic direction. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Gary has established himself as a visionary leader in the corporate real estate advisory industry. His extensive experience and understanding of market dynamics enable him to provide unparalleled guidance and oversight, ensuring Cresa remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence. With over 30 years of experience, Gary co-leads, alongside Tom Birnbach, a 33-person Portfolio Services team specializing in global and national corporate accounts. He provides oversight, direction, and guidance to a nationally recognized corporate portfolio account team managing over 170 million square feet globally. Gary brings extensive experience representing clients across various industries. His expertise includes strategic portfolio planning, corporate headquarters transactions, lease renegotiations, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, dispositions, portfolio repositioning, and managing complex transaction requirements.
Gary's team is known for its flexibility and ability to scale services to meet client needs, from handling one-time local real estate transactions to managing comprehensive global real estate portfolios. Their comprehensive services platform ensures the implementation of effective solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
In 2005, Gary founded the Cresa Phoenix office, building a dedicated team of experienced professionals who have achieved remarkable success in both local markets and on national and international stages. His clients range from individual assignments to managing 38 million square feet of global portfolios, with notable companies such as 3M, Sub-Zero Wolf, Insight Enterprises, and Fender Guitar among his clientele. Before joining Cresa, Gary was the President of Fulton Andrew Company, a Phoenix-based Corporate Real Estate Advisory firm he founded in 1999. He successfully merged this firm with Cresa in 2005. During his tenure at Fulton Andrew Company, Gary represented an impressive roster of prestigious clients, including Deloitte, KLA Tencore, Regus Business Centers, Robert Half International, and Lockheed Martin.
