Jim has specialized in representing occupiers on a local and national basis. Over the course of his career, Jim has represented major corporations and professional office space users in transactions totaling over 5 million SF in all major markets nationwide. Jim personally oversees all aspects of the real estate process including site selection, lease negotiations, financial analysis, legal review, strategic planning, space dispositions and national portfolios.
