Cresa has a long-term relationship with Manufacturers Bank. In 1982, we represented the Bank to become the anchor tenant in the then-new Manulife Plaza at 515 S. Figueroa Street. The Bank leased over 70,000 RSF and had administration and branch office space. In 2014, the Bank wanted to explore (i) improving its signage identity; (ii) improving the efficiency and look of its premises; and potentially relocating back-office functions outside of Downtown. Results
Cresa achieved all of Manufacturers Bank’s goals. For the first time since the building was built, we were able to negotiate the building top sign rights for the Bank, in addition to monument signage. We were able to negotiate the most aggressive lease terms of any tenant in the building, with 46,000 RSF of newly improved, efficient office space. Also, after an extensive study, we helped the Bank relocated its back-office functions to a free-standing building in Brea, with great signage, free parking and very competitive terms. We currently represent Manufacturers Bank for its entire portfolio of regional offices.
