Justin's core focus is negotiating lease and sale transactions for industrial occupiers. With over 20 years' experience, his practice is focused on advising industrial occupiers with their real estate strategy around industrial assets; distribution warehouses, truck maintenance facilities, low-coverage sites, truck yards, manufacturing operations, cross-dock facilities, drayage yards, & land/BTS development. Justin holds an SIOR designation and is licensed in Nevada and California. Justin has served as an expert witness on matters of fiduciary and standard of care required by Code of Ethics in California.
