Trimble was growing fast, but they needed to do so strategically, instead of doubling their Silicon Valley space, they decided to open an office in Northern Colorado. The only problem was that none of the available space aligned with their growth projections. If they settled for an existing building they would be out of space again in only a few years.

Cresa negotiated the purchase of 15 acres of land with the option to later purchase 15 more at the agreed upon price. In 2017 Trimble broke ground on phase two of a three-phase project and has grown from 40 employees in Colorado, to more than 600. By purchasing the land an owning their office they have effectively seen 72 percent reduction in their operating expenses.
