Egon Zehnder had been in their Miami office space for 12 years. They needed to acquire office space to meet their high energy culture and Miami’s vibrant international influence, offering an atmosphere of warmth, diversity, and inclusion. They were running out of space and lacked the appropriate private meeting rooms for interviews and breakout sessions.
