Dennis has more than 36 years of experience developing strategic real estate solutions, hiring and managing design, construction and real estate professionals, managing strategic vendor relationships and coordinating multi-disciplined teams. Project experience includes build-to-suit facilities, call centers, hotels, restaurants, office facilities, retail facilities, educational and medical facilities. Prior to Cresa, Dennis was employed by The Coca-Cola Company and Portman Holdings.
