Vanguard Logistics, the world’s premier less-than- container-load (LCL) ocean freight consolidator, has renewed its 79,200-square-foot lease at 5148 Kennedy Road in Forest Park, Georgia. Scott Hardeman of Cresa Global Inc., the world’s largest commercial real estate advisory firm, represented Vanguard Logistics in this transaction.
“Working with Scott made this process easy,” said Chad Keith, branch manager of Vanguard Logistics. “He provided all the needed comparisons when negotiating the deal so that we could make an informed market decision.”
The Class B, one-story industrial warehouse totals 202,238-square-feet. It features a 30-foot clear height providing ample space for storage and manufacturing.
Built in 2002, the property spans 12.98 acres centrally located at the nexus of I-75 and US 331.
