Moving a Company to an Upgraded Space

Client Objectives

Studio Architects needed a new space that would have an increased square foot-age area from their current office due to company expansion. Not only did they want a more modern space in a premier location, but they also needed to stay in the West Midtown market to pull from the younger and creative talent pool to add to their workforce. This new location needed to have a few requirements including short distance to retail and food, controlled covered parking, plenty of natural sun-light, and open space needed to be highly efficient with respect to column spacing for the open concept furniture being utilized.
