Adam has nearly a decade of experience in industrial food-related real estate. Prior to joining Cresa, he was an integral part of the genesis of Global Food Properties, a boutique brokerage firm specializing in food manufacturing and distribution facilities. There, he honed his expertise through tracking data and market availability, business development, and transaction negotiation. Adam has a deep understanding of what drives occupancy and value for these special purpose assets. Prior to joining Global Food Properties, Adam was an Associate with CBRE.
