Cresa has hired Mike Mangan as Senior Vice President of its Occupier Services brokerage team. Mangan has over 17 years of experience managing multi-market industrial portfolios for national and multi-national organizations.

He will focus on growing Cresa’s industrial presence throughout Chicagoland as well as across the United States. During his career, Mangan has arranged over 10 million square feet of transactions, most recently as Executive Managing Director with Vestian Global Workplace Services.
Mangan has also held previous positions with Savills and CBRE. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa. “Cresa’s singular focus on supporting occupiers and tenants aligned with my belief that corporations are looking for conflict-free advice now more than ever,” said Mangan.
