Jessica performs financial and non-financial analyses, reviews and audits documents, and manages critical databases for real estate clients throughout the region. Prior to joining Cresa, Jessica managed an international portfolio of approximately two million square feet at Digital Realty, whose customer base included healthcare, pharmaceutical, Fortune 500 companies and top banks.
