Patrick has been helping corporate clients manage their real estate portfolios since 1998. His corporate real estate experience includes work in various industries such as healthcare, marketing, sales, financial services and the industrial logistics and distribution industries. Pat’s core client services include managing and negotiating office, medical, and industrial leases, building sales and purchases, build-to-suit projects, site selection and business incentive procurement. Pat has completed transactions valued in excess of $350 million.
