Patrick has served the real estate and construction industry since 1993. His experience includes a wide variety of office, industrial, and retail projects, spanning both interior renovations and new construction. At Cresa, Patrick partners with clients to manage all phases of a project including workplace strategy, budget and schedule development, design, construction, negotiations, team selection, vendor management, and project close-out.
