Cresa Secures 11,750 sf Lease to Health Care For All and Health Law Advocates at 70 Franklin St.

Boston, MA - Cresa has finalized negotiations for Health Care For All and Health Law Advocates to lease 11,750 s/f at 70 Franklin St. The nine-story office building is LEED Gold certified with proximity to Downtown Crossing and commuter lines and will allow both organizations to share resources with ample co-working space and communal areas.

Cresa Boston has enjoyed a long-term relationship with both Health Care For All and Health Law Advocates and has represented the organizations in previous lease transactions. Health Care For All advocates for health justice in Massachusetts by working to promote health equity and ensure coverage and access for all, while Health Law Advocates represents individuals, groups of consumers and communities, as well as conducting education, outreach, and other initiatives.

This sustainable and flexible office space was completely renovated to each organization’s unique needs. A key benefit of 70 Franklin St. is the efficiency gained by creating shared spaces, including the kitchen, boardroom, and a conference space, allowing for better economic outcomes for both tenants.

“We have enjoyed a longstanding relationship with both Health Care For All and Health Law Advocates, in which time we have continuously offered unconflicted advice and consultatory services to the organizations,” said Andrew Orpik, principal at Cresa Boston. “The important mission of these entities will be bolstered by the efficiencies of the new space at 70 Franklin St., and we are confident it will meet their evolving needs for the foreseeable future.”

The landlord was represented by Jones Lang Lasalle.
