Bio
Rosella has worked in the field of real estate for 30+ years, bringing unique experiences to her role as an Owner’s Advisor. A registered architect in the state of PA and a LEED Accredited Professional, Rosella has worked in both architectural and electrical engineering firms. In both the United Kingdom and the US, she worked for Chubb Insurance as an appraisal manager, completing cost estimation for historic and unique structures, as well as mitigating loss on fine and decorative arts. At Cresa, Rosella spearheads business development efforts while completing and overseeing project management for a range of projects, focusing on non-profit, education, museum, senior living communities, and corporate clients. Rosella’s favorite projects involve universal design, especially those involving children, seniors, and individuals with learning differences. She regularly presents to boards and stakeholders, bringing her insights as a board member for multiple institutions.
