Firm has added six professionals to its ranks in the last 12 months with plans to make additional hires in 2023
Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, recently opened a new, 2,400-square-foot, state-of-the-art office located at Three Logan Square in Philadelphia. The opening is part of Cresa’s initiative to expand regionally to service its growing client base across all asset classes.
“We are thrilled to have a presence in Center City. Our new office enhances our ability to better serve our clients and meet the increasing demand of companies attracted to the Philadelphia region while also providing workday flexibility for our team members,” said Tony Juliano, Cresa’s Philadelphia market leader.
The new office will accommodate the firm’s roster of professionals which has grown 60% in the last 12 months. New hires include Mike Scanzano who joins Cresa this week from Wolf Commercial Real Estate and will serve as an advisor focused on the Southern New Jersey market. Others include Senior Vice President Freddy Vallecillo, Jim McGrath, Vice President, and Jeffrey Palmer, Vice President; and Marketing Manager Kellie Lewis, who joined the company earlier this year. Juliano took the helm in October 2021.
“We have been able to identify great talent in the marketplace to service existing business and attract new clients to Cresa,” added Juliano. “We will continue to expand organically by supporting our existing teams and hiring individuals who understand our partnership model and collaborative culture.”
Cresa also has an office in Conshohocken, PA.
