With over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, Dan Zeltser is a Senior Vice President at Cresa, where he advises occupiers of space and buyers of real estate. An expert in representing the end user and buy-side, Dan takes pride in his ability to provide the most advantageous real estate solutions that align with his clients’ organizational goals. Through a creative, disciplined, analytical and service-oriented approach, Dan has successfully negotiated leases over 1 million square feet of space and successfully negotiated acquisitions of over 300,000 square feet of real estate for his clients.
