David Stack has over 30 years of experience in assembling and leading project teams and minimizing cost and risk, while delivering creative real estate solutions in a positive environment. He works with Cresa’s advisory team and clients to ensure total quality management throughout the entire project cycle. His expertise includes budget and schedule development, oversight of design, construction, team selection, vendor management, furniture procurement and relocation planning and management. David’s balance of project quality, cost and timely performance, has resulted in a long resume of successful projects across the country for industrial, office, institutional and mission critical clients.
