After spending 20 years representing both landlords and occupiers, David chose to restrict his career to representing real estate occupiers and owner/occupants. As one of the founding principals of Cresa’s Houston office, David is well known for his ability to negotiate complex transactions that produce maximum cost savings for his clients. Over the past five years he has helped clients across multiple industries transact more than 1.2 million square feet.
