Cresa, JLL Arrange NWF’s DC Lease Renewal

The National Wildlife Federation (NWF) recently renewed its lease for a 12,910-square-foot space at 1200 G Street NW – Metro Center in Washington, DC, with the assistance of Cresa’s Erica King and Kenny King.  

As the largest private, nonprofit conservation education and advocacy organization in the United States, NWF has been situated in this building, serving as its National Advocacy Center, since 2017.  

1200 G Street NW – Metro Center is a Class A office building spanning 184,000 square feet, offering amenities including conferencing center, fitness facilities, and retail spaces. Cresa’s Erica King and Kenny King represented NWF. Representing the owner, Landow & Company, in this transaction were JLL’s Evan Behr and Meghan Murray.
