New York Health Plan Association, Inc. had been in their previous office space for more than 20 years. While overall happy with that location, the space was tired and in need of an update. NYHPA took that opportunity to engage Cresa to survey the market and make landlords, including their previous one, compete for their business, allowing them to make the most informed business decision about where to lease space going forward.

 

Results

Before identifying options in the market, Cresa worked with NYHPA to conduct a needs analysis for the organization. We then conducted a market survey, solicited lease proposals, and negotiated the final lease terms.

Throughout the process, Cresa provided the client with constant communication and guidance to be sure their new space was delivered on time and would meet their needs.

Our new office is great. After being in our old space for so long, the thought of moving was a little frightening and overwhelming at first. From day one, the Cresa team helped us every step of the way – from finding the right office space, to c onnecting us with a designer to maximize the final layout, to recommending movers.
