Knight Frank and Cresa Announce Global Partnership

Global property consultancy Knight Frank, and Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, have today announced their new partnership to deliver occupier real estate services globally.

Together, Knight Frank and Cresa have over 16,000 people, across 384 offices in 51 territories.

The partnership between Knight Frank and Cresa is founded on complementary capabilities, shared values and the commitment of their independent partner owned companies. Together they offer an integrated platform of services directed at corporate end users, providing a truly global solution for occupier clients.

Knight Frank and Cresa have partnered their Global Portfolio Solutions businesses, placing significant investment in bespoke technology and research capabilities to provide innovative occupier solutions.

Both parties see a client need for truly focused occupier services worldwide and are coming together in a committed partnership for the long term. The partnership will be guided by an Alliance Management Board which includes executives from the top of both organisations. In addition, William Beardmore-Gray, Knight Frank’s Global Head of Occupier Services will sit on the Cresa Board, while Tod Lickerman, Cresa’s CEO, will attend Knight Frank’s Group Executive Board on a regular basis.

Knight Frank’s dedicated USA desk, headed up by Knight Frank Partners, Joey Vlasto and Mark Sullivan, who have both been in the US for 10 years and will continue to play a key role in coordinating cross-border business and ensuring optimal service delivery. The team has been strengthened with the addition of Vik Lulla, previously based in Knight Frank’s Mumbai office, who has relocated to San Francisco. Lulla’s market expertise will be highly valuable to the growing number of North American companies who are investing in Electronics, IT, Agritech and Pharmaceuticals in India. On the residential side, Knight Frank’s seven-year relationship as branded associates with Douglas Elliman remains unchanged.
