About this Opportunity
The New York office of Cresa is searching for a qualified, mid-level candidate with at least 3 years of experience. We are looking for an individual who can assist in managing multiple high-profile commercial construction projects, focusing on everyday project needs such as attending meetings, providing coordination on projects and conducting move/relocation management. Candidates should have interior construction project experience as well as an understanding of commercial base building infrastructure. The individual will be providing administrative support for the project management team.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will be to:
• Assist with the coordination of the development process from project inception through completion
• Coordinate the due diligence process and evaluation of build-outs
• Create and maintain project budgets
• Provide administrative support for internal organization and client projects
• Coordinate and maintain the preparation of design and construction schedules
• Coordinate the permitting/entitlement process
• Schedule and preside over project meetings and meetings with tenant construction teams
• Review project invoices, including design services and construction requisitions
• Produce and maintain the various project information and reporting
• Coordinate the work of the tenant design team.
• Oversee tenant construction process and ensure timely compliance
• Effectively communicate via phone and email to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
 

Additional Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain client and vendor lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Provide general support to clients, vendors and visitors
- Generate reports
- Prioritize and handle multiple projects
- Prepare and monitor invoices
- Maintain data organization systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials
- Prepare client case studies

Requirements

• Proven Experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• At least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
