In 2020, Adam joined the Miami office as a vice president specializing in occupier representation for office and industrial occupiers in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. His expertise includes corporate advisory services, lease negotiation, asset acquisition and disposition, real estate consulting and business development.
