Kathryn Ditmars

General Counsel, Chief Human Resources Officer

Kathryn (Ryndy) Ditmars is the General Counsel and Chief Human Resources Officer of Cresa. In this role, she leads Cresa’s Legal and HR functions, with a focus on developing talent strategies and collaborating with Cresa’s leadership team to achieve the company’s talent and risk management goals and priorities. She brings people and business focused leadership in the areas of ethics, legal partnership to drive effective business practices, and building and sustaining inclusive and productive teams.

Ryndy has spent over 20 years in the real estate industry and has served in different legal and business roles, including Americas General Counsel, Global Litigation Director, Chief Counsel for Latin America, Ethics Officer and Chief Employment and Litigation Counsel. She bring thought leadership in areas of ethics, legal partnership to drive effective business practices, and building and sustaining inclusive and productive teams.

Ryndy graduated with a BA from Princeton University and a JD from the University of Michigan. She worked as a law clerk with the Michigan Supreme Court. After moving to Chicago, Ryndy worked as a litigation attorney with McDermott, Will & Emery and Jackson Lewis Schnitzler & Krupman.
