The warehouse and office building sits on nearly 3 acres of land, just off Highway 53, with nearby access to I-85. The building offers a combined 46,675 square feet of warehouse space and 4,100 square feet of office space. Originally built in 2005, 110 Industrial Boulevard features new T-5 LED lights, heavy power and 3 dock doors; one dock-high door and two 16-foot by 16-foot drive-in doors.

“The property benefits from its unbeatable location inside the town of Braselton, which has seen nothing but ongoing growth and improvement over the past several decades,” said Lincoln’s Henson. “The Braselton area offers local businesses primary access to several surrounding markets via the interstate system, and we know that Highlight Storage Partners will be a perfect fit.”

Located in northeast Georgia, Braselton sits along I-85 in Jackson County and is in close proximity to nearby Barrow County. Between the two counties, there are six I-85 interchanges within the combined borders. In addition to its easy access to Atlanta, the town offers a short drive to Athens, Ga.; Gainesville, Ga.; and Greenville, S.C.
