Steve has over 12 years of real estate experience all dedicated to representing occupiers and has risen to the rank of Principal in the Philadelphia office becoming the fourth partner locally. He is a staple on Cresa’s annual Top Producers list and has transacted over 3,500,000 SF of space on four different continents. As a Principal at Cresa, Steve provides guidance and direction to companies seeking integrated and creative real estate solutions. Steve has been fortunate to work with such companies as AmerisourceBergen, ELAP Services, Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA, Vertex, STP Investments, Brian Communications, CSS Industries, and many other prominent regional and national clients.
