The services offered include transaction and account management, labor and other site selection identifiers, strategic portfolio planning, lease negotiations, renewals, relocation, expansions, merger & acquisitions evaluations, and dispositions. Neil, a native Floridian, has extensive market knowledge of South Florida and passion for customer service. He brings a skillful and professional approach to ensure his client’s goals are met.
