Bio
Kevin serves as Principal, Consulting Services. In this role, Kevin provides “enterprise” value to Cresa clients. He has a deep understanding of how properly leveraged corporate real estate strategically and significantly impacts an organization and its employee culture in addition to improved bottom line and top line revenues.
For more than a decade, Kevin held senior positions with organizations focused solely on institutional and global real estate asset and investment management. Kevin has worked on behalf of more than 40 Canadian and international, private and institutional owner-investor landlords and occupiers, involving more than 18 million feet.
With over 1,500 assignments, engagements and transactions, Kevin’s comprehensive experience and proven expertise span areas of: asset acquisition and due diligence; commercial real estate development; financial and qualitative analysis; lease and purchase negotiation; strategic portfolio management and optimization; and space-for-work strategies.
