Cresa Adds Three Advisors to its Chicago Team

Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, has added three more advisors to its local team, announced Cresa Chicago Market Leader Tad Laws.

“We’re on an aggressive growth path and this group of advisors will be on the front lines increasing our market share throughout Chicago and the suburbs,” said Laws.

Jake, Evan, Ben, new commercial real estate advisors

Joining Cresa from Accretive Portco Solutions is Ben Bruckshaw, a seven year corporate real estate strategist serving private equity, venture capital and family offices. He previously worked at Avison Young as a senior associate with their Private Equity Affinity Group. Ben will work alongside Rick Morris and Mark Kolar focusing on business development throughout the suburbs. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Jake Wright was most recently an associate with Stream Realty’s tenant representation group. A business development specialist, he will work with Michael Marrion and Al Rogoway developing strategic real estate plans and prospecting for new clients. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Evan Hill was recently a construction management associate at Kairos Living and holds a bachelor’s in economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Cresa continues to grow its ranks in Chicago and has added ten advisors in the last 18 months. Laws expects that momentum to continue. “We’re fundamentally different from our competitors.  We offer a world-class platform, serve one customer, and we’re partner-owned.  Nobody else can say that and the market is beginning to take notice.”
