Michael Doetsch Joins Cresa's New York Office as Senior Vice President

The New York City office of Cresa, the world’s largest tenant-only commercial real estate firm, welcomes veteran broker Michael Doetsch as Senior Vice President. A highly experienced professional with national reach, Mr. Doetsch has represented companies in the New York Tri-State region, as well as multinational organizations throughout the country.

Before joining Cresa, Mr. Doetsch served as senior managing director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors for more than six years. Prior to that position, he was at Williamson, Pickett & Gross for more than 15 years. Mr. Doetsch was hired by Appalachian Regional Healthcare as a consultant on several design-build projects for the Kentucky-based hospital system, which additionally operates in Tennessee and West Virginia. A healthcare sector specialist, he has consulted for Physiotherapy Associates on more than 100 projects and is the exclusive broker for Motion PT. In addition, he provided portfolio evaluations on over 500 locations for a large Midwest physical therapy practice merger.

During his exemplary career, Mr. Doetsch has worked on leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions for private equity firms, such as Waud Capital and Pharos Capital. He arranged regional headquarters in New Rochelle, NY for international construction firm Tutor Perini Corporation and helped Corporate Office Centers with its national expansion. Mr. Doetsch also works closely with Alvarez & Marsal Consulting, developing real estate strategies for their clients.
