Three years prior to its lease expiration, DLT Solutions (DLT) recognized a critical need to satisfy immediate growth requirements.
Results
With Cresa, DLT was able to locate ideal space within Presidents Park at 13865 Sunrise Valley Drive that would not only accommodate their expansion requirements in a new facility but keep its employees in one, convenient location. The resultant lease was successfully negotiated by Cresa and included free rent for DLT to off-set its existing liability at its original location, comfortably avoiding a double-rent situation.
More recently, DLT Solutions, a steadily growing company, found the need for yet more space. Cresa efficiently negotiated this additional expansion requirement in an adjacent, contiguous space, satisfying DLT’s immediate need but also allowing for future growth.
