Corporate Marketing Associate

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing, the Marketing Associate works with Cresa’s corporate Marketing team on a variety of projects to support business development, client service and communication activities across the organization. This position requires a true team player who is willing to work with multiple team members and jump in on a variety of projects. Must be comfortable working remotely with team members across North America.
Day-to-day responsibilities include leading or working on projects such as:
- Collateral design and production
- Presentation development
- Research and thought leadership deliverables
- Website and intranet content and maintenance
- External and internal e-mail content and design
- Event planning support
To be successful in this role, the candidate needs to have strong attention to detail, good design sense, excellent writing skills, enjoy being collaborative, and flourish in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Qualifications
Required:
- BA in marketing, graphic design or related field with 2+ years of experience in a professional environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced production deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and minor supervision
- Ability to exercise good judgement in setting priorities and follow-through
- Proficient in Windows operating systems
Additional:
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Experience with web content management systems
