Focused on Tenant Advisory Services, McLaren advises office and industrial occupiers with real estate strategy locally, regionally, and internationally. His expertise includes portfolio strategy, site selection, lease negotiation and restructure, acquisition and disposition, and investment sales for both privately-held and public clients. He proudly holds a dual designation with one of the most respected organizations within the Commercial Real Estate Industry–SIOR, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. This is a distinction less than one percent of all national Commercial Real Estate practitioners hold.
