Cresa Cincinnati is a global corporate real estate advisory firm that was first to market in exclusively representing office and industrial tenants throughout the Greater Cincinnati region, including Dayton, Columbus, Lexington and Louisville. Now, 23 years later, the advice received from the very experienced Cresa team continues to be always completely objective and conflict free, so you know that your best interest is our only priority.  With an average of 25 years experience, each advisor is well versed in strategic planning, market analysis, lease/purchase negotiations, and project management.

Our clients range from local startups to national, multi-site corporations.  Commercial users seeking to renew a lease, relocate, consolidate, expand, dispose of space, or purchase property should partner with an exclusive tenant advisor.  We are inspired by such a partnership – with our clients, business partners, consultants, and our community – and our focus is our promise to be a tenant’s advocate.

The metropolitan Cincinnati area boasts headquarters to nine Fortune 500 companies, over 400 international firms, and a wide variety of small businesses. This strong mix of companies and institutions encompass fields of advanced energy, aerospace, branding and creative services, chemistry and plastics, consumer products, distribution, education, finance, IT services, and life sciences. We take pride in being members of this community, which helps us in knowing the market, providing clients with our expert advice, and helping them transition seamlessly into new space.

Our mission is to provide customized solutions exclusively for corporate space users by offering fully integrated services that align their real estate needs with their business plans, delivering maximum cost savings and exceeding expectations.

Our vision is to be the exception in the commercial real estate industry: A company that is service-oriented rather than transaction-oriented, with advisors who are client focused not deal focused.

We are guided by the concept, “Do the Right Thing,” both internally and externally. We will always do what is right for the client’s best interest and put that interest before our own. We treat our clients and employees with respect, dignity and fairness in all matters.

Project Management

The Cresa Project Management Team manages the entire process for you – from workplace planning through design, construction, furniture procurement and relocation planning and management. We truly have an integrated business model. We collaborate with our real estate advisors through the entire process to make sure your needs are met every step of the way. Additionally, we make sure your project is delivered on time, within budget and to the desired specifications.

We ensure success by taking complete control of the following:

Develop a workplace strategy to right size your space and support your business objectives. Create space programming documents and test fit plans to see how your company fits within the building envelope. Create preliminary schedules and budgets after evaluating each potential site. Research and evaluate all options and objectives to help with your real estate decisions.

Competitively bid on all project vendors. This includes architects, construction managers, furniture vendors, audio visual, cabling, sound masking, security and relocation management. Customize each bid list based on the project size, scope and location to ensure building the most qualified team.

Develop and manage all project budgeting, contracts and invoices. Monitor and control all spending for your project, proactively advising you on methods that can help create savings.

Oversee the entire project schedule, informing you of key dates that involve the design, construction and vendor processes.

Oversee the design professionals and process to assure that the team works toward common goals to value engineer your project from the start.

Oversee the design and procurement of all furniture purchased for the project. Determine if any existing furniture can be repurposed. Manage furniture vendors to confirm orders are placed according to the project schedule, deliveries are scheduled and installation is implemented according to plan.

Manage all vendor contracts and schedules to confirm all trades are coordinated properly for a seamless delivery. Oversee the construction team to ensure construction documents are adhered to.

Implement your entire move, plan the transition, coordinate internal committees, hire the mover and provide 24/7 move coordination, so that your employees can keep working with few limited distractions.

Industrial CRE Services

Industrial, Supply Chain/Logistics and Operations

Cresa Cincinnati works with companies to develop real estate solutions that optimize the supply chain while controlling costs. Our industrial and supply chain specialists apply Cresa's proven methods and integrated services to locate, acquire, and develop industrial and logistics space, always striving to reach an outcome that exceeds the client’s requirements. We focus on helping our clients make real estate decisions that create leverage and lead to a competitive advantage. By solely representing the interests of tenants, Cresa is uniquely qualified to advise clients and advance their best interests in order to increase efficiency, speed time-to-market, improve service levels, and improve profitability.

Supply Chain Meets Real Estate

A warehouse isn’t just real estate. It’s a crucial link in your supply chain. As a pivot point for moving your goods around the country, its location cannot be haphazard.

And yet, warehouse space that truly fits your needs may be in short supply — at any given time, your options will most likely be limited.

Our consultants are known for taking a more holistic view of your entire supply chain. We know how the right real estate can add vital flexibility to your logistical needs, so we look beyond just rent to the equally important costs associated with transportation, fuel, and labor.

In short, we combine our considerable real estate savvy with an unmatched understanding of the broader issues of supply chain management.

Manufacturing for Today’s World

In today’s business climate, there are any number of reasons to relocate your manufacturing facilities. Maybe you need to modernize your operations. Maybe you’re looking for a more capable workforce. Maybe you’re attracted to localities that offer economic incentives. Or maybe you’re “backshoring” — bringing your operations back from overseas.

Regardless of your reasons, our industrial experts have the knowledge and resources to address them. We work with manufacturers of all kinds, from metalworking and machine shops to the most advanced technology-driven facilities, from light assembly to precision medical device production. We are thoroughly familiar with new trends in both engineering and production, and we can help you find a building ideally suited to the flexibility your operations now demand.

Integrated Services

Once we’ve identified a course of action — whether for your supply chain or manufacturing needs — we then assemble the right combination of services to carry it out. From a single point of contact, we’ll coordinate an integrated team of specialists that can provide:

So, don’t try to shoe-horn your industrial requirements into a space that’s not right for you. Talk to people with the experience and expertise to meet those requirements in an unbiased, strategically-sound manner. Call Carl Quesinberry, our Industrial Advisor at 513.381.8013.
