Eugene has been a part of Cresa’s Chicago office for over six years, bringing his total CRE experience to over a decade. In his role as Manager of Research and Finance, Eugene has been crucial to the development of Cresa’s market knowledge and reporting capabilities, covering downtown and suburban office markets as well as Chicagoland’s industrial market. He has created Cresa’s best-in-class market intelligence database, quarterly market reports, and ad hoc whitepapers on all things real estate. In his financial role, he provides financial analyses to support our clients’ real estate decision making.
