Cresa Dallas Named a 2021 Best Place to Work by Dallas Business Journal

The Dallas office of Cresa, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm exclusively representing tenants, is proud to announce that it has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal (DBJ) for the fourth straight year. The award honors companies creating the most enjoyable and meaningful work environments, based on anonymous employee surveys collected from companies through Dallas. The DBJ will recognize this year’s Best Places to Work honorees during an event on October 21 at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel.

Through Cresa's values: Work together; Create value; Be tenacious; Embrace diversity and Enhance community we work to execute our purpose - "To think beyond space - strengthening those we serve and enhancing quality of life for our clients and employees." Through our local Dallas Community and Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, the Dallas office of Cresa works together to make the North Texas community better. We partner with organizations that strive to make a difference throughout Dallas-Fort Worth by scheduling volunteer days to donate our time and raise money for various non-profit causes. Such organizations our CSR has helped support include: Dallas Life, Austin Street Shelter, Jonathan’s Place, For the Love of the Lake, Hunger Busters and the North Texas Food Bank.

The list of winners was whittled down from over 380 nominated companies. These companies had the highest employee survey scores among their peer companies in their size category. Selected companies were divided into five size categories based on employee count: Micro (10-24 employees), Small (25-49 employees), Medium (50-249 employees), Large (250-999 employees), Extra Large (1,000-plus employee).

The annual Best Places to Work awards highlight companies in the Dallas area whose operations are providing the best workplace environments. Employees for each nominated company were asked to complete the Quantum Workplace employee engagement survey. The survey measures 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including team effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
