Cresa Client CDPHP Wins 2024 Project of the Year

Cresa client CDPHP won Best Real Estate Deals 2024: Project of the Year alongside Community Care Physicians. 

After years of discussions, Community Care Physicians and health insurer CDPHP collaborated on a new $90 million facility. This 263,000 square-foot building, located at 6 Wellness Way near Interstate 87, combines clinical practices and administrative offices for Community Care Physicians with the headquarters for CDPHP. This project is noted as the largest medical office deal by Columbia Development Cos. of Albany.

Zac Conley and Todd Stevens represented CDPHP in approx. 80,000 square feet of the build to suit HQ office. Jodi Emmons provided design services. Project management was a joint effort between both Jodi and Todd.
