Prior to joining Cresa he was a co-founder of Vicus Partners and head of deal execution with 20+ years of experience in NYC commercial leasing and a specific focus on charter schools and education, tech and data centers. He has proudly only represented tenants in his career after seeing firsthand the conflict of interest that arises from representing tenants and landlords.
Early on at Vicus, he started a Charter School practice within the firm and has helped many charter schools and other educational institutions navigate real estate to support their mission. Andrew brings a unique blend of brokerage, strategy and high-level problem solving to deliver efficient and effective real estate solutions to large scale clients.
