Gabi Koshgarian is a Principal in Cresa’s New York City office, responsible for strategy, digital marketing and deal operations. She also works closely with startups and high growth companies to deliver tailored real estate solutions that optimize growth and flexibility, cash burn, and space as a tool for attracting and retaining talent.

Prior to joining Cresa, Gabi was the Chief Operating Officer of Vicus Partners, a boutique real estate firm specializing in New York City office leasing, where she led the company through high growth until being acquired by Cresa in 2023.
