Experience

David is a Vice President for Transaction Management at Cresa New York, where he advises national corporations, financial services companies, law firms, not-for-profit organizations, professional services firms, and government contractors with their real estate needs. He is also responsible for business development across all of Cresa’s service lines. David has recently represented EMC/Pivotal Labs, Akamai Technologies Twitter, Oracle, and MediaStorm in their New York City real estate requirements.

Professional Experience

Prior to Cresa, David worked in real estate private equity as an acquisitions director, and as an associate director with Savills Studley’s DC-based National Accounts Team. Before focusing on commercial real estate, David worked in various business development roles for US government contractors in Washington DC and throughout the Middle East.  Prior to these roles, David worked as an attorney for an Atlanta, Georgia-based law firm where he represented architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and insurance companies in construction defect litigation.  

Personal Interests

David serves on the junior host committee for the Robin Hood Foundation’s “Night for New York City.” David also supports the Hyde Leadership Charter School in the South Bronx, NY where his wife serves on the Board of Directors. 

When not working or traveling, David enjoys fishing, golf, tennis, scuba diving, and following college football and English Premier League soccer.
