Experience

Dan has been working on behalf of local, national and international companies since he returned to Canada in 2002 after studying abroad in China. He has worked on behalf of some of the most innovative and proactive local, national and international tenants on assignments ranging from one to two offices to over 400,000 square feet.

Listening to his clients, Dan has gained a powerful and unique insight into what tenants want and need from their commercial real estate. With an uncompromising focus on the “big picture”, he has created an engaging and powerful new approach to tenant representation which has benefited Cresa clients significantly since moving to join the Cresa Alberta team in 2012.

In addition to his local contributions, Dan’s background in oil and gas, existing relationships and strategic mindset, has been drawn on by our international team in North America and China in service to clients of the Cresa Oil & Gas Group. In 2015, Dan was asked to become a full voting member of the Cresa Oil & Gas Group where he is now working to bring new tools to Cresa clients and specifically promote the interests of Alberta oil & gas tenants internationally.
