Evan brings a tenacity for client success and personal improvement to Cresa and is committed to helping companies elevate their corporate real estate. His knowledge of the Chicago market and ability to connect allows him to successfully advise clients on workplace strategy and transaction management. Evan has years of previous experience working in logistics and single-family rentals in Chicago and leverages that background to help drive tenant decision-making.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Miami University, and is a graduate of Hawken School in Gates Mills, Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Chicago, traveling, and is an avid soccer/Cleveland sports fan.
