To get to know Chad on a more personal level, we asked him the following questions.
Outside of work, what are you most passionate about?
Spending time with my family and friends, and going on outdoor adventures with my kids.
What is your favorite Denver restaurant?
I’m not much of a foodie. Mr. Tuna is good, but my kids would tell you Chipotle.
How do you describe your job to people outside of the industry?
I help companies use real estate as a tool to solve problems and reach long term business goals. It's a lot like herding cats.
If you were not in commercial real estate what would you be doing?
That’s a tough one… but, if I had to pick something else, I would travel around and rate golf courses.
What is your biggest pet-peeve?
People who drive in the left-hand lane. Also, people who don’t do what they say they will.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Have a good attitude and don’t sweat the small stuff.
