Prior to joining Cresa, Nicole acquired valuable commercial real estate experience in both landlord and tenant representation. The experience gained on both sides of a transaction has given her valuable insight to better represent her clients. As an Advisor, her primary focuses are on transaction management, lease/sublease negotiations and business development. Nicole is committed to building and maintaining long standing relationships while putting her clients first to achieve the best outcome for their business goals.
