Joe serves as part of Cresa’s Silicon Valley Transaction Management team, focusing on holistically supporting the needs of our Occupier clients. Client experience includes representing both start up and mature companies, across multiple industries and asset types. Joe has represented clients within technology, medical device, and semiconductors as well as supply chain centric companies such as manufacturing and 3PL’s. In today’s changing work climate, Joe often collaborates with Cresa’s Workplace Strategy Team to advise clients on best practices with respect to hybrid and remote work.

Born and raised in San Jose, Joe understands Silicon Valley dynamics and site selection considerations. Joe is also the Defensive Coordinator of the Bellarmine College Prep football team and enjoys volunteering his time to his Alma mater.
