Josh specializes in the representation of tenants and has worked on complex real estate transactions for local, national, and international clients. He works diligently with his clients and his team to identify goals and benchmarks to provide them with creative solutions to successfully implement both short and long-term real estate objectives. Josh has extensive experience negotiating corporate real estate leases supported by his acumen for market analytics, financial modeling, business intelligence insights, and strategic planning with a centralized focus on reducing occupancy costs.
Prior to joining Cresa, Josh began his career over 25 years ago, specializing in Landlord representation at JLL and CBRE where he represented such clients as Rockpoint Group, RFR, Masaveu Corporation and Deutsche Bank. Most recently, he transitioned to the tenant representation practice and began solely focusing on occupier services and workplace solutions while partnering with the Cresa South Florida Team.
