Company's Operating Division Joins Headquarter Space on Fourth Floor of Prominence in Buckhead

NetRoadshow is a technology services company specializing in U.S. SEC compliant online solutions for the global investment banking community. Cresa was hired to relocate NetRoadshow’s operating divisions from the first floor of Prominence so the landlord could update its amenities.
Results
- Cresa found additional space for NetRoadshow’s operating division on Prominence’s fourth floor, conveniently located adjacent to NetRoadshow’s global headquarters. NetRoadshow’s headquarter space renewed and expanded its lease to accommodate the addition of its operating division.
- Cresa PM was hired to manage the expansion of the fourth floor. The expansion gave NetRoadshow the entire floor and control over the finishes in the common area to reflect the company’s brand. NetRoadshow now occupies 24,183 SF in the 19-story building.
- Cresa delivered the space towards the end of the pandemic, creating more seats to accommodate employees returning to the office.
